Lead-free experience

TRAX™ has been developing lead-free weights for over 10 years when the company first offered balance weights manufactured from tin as shown at the German tire show in May 2000. The USA market is moving towards the banning of lead as a material for balance weights and the company is looking forward to supplying non-lead solutions to support this new direction.
